Once you login to your school’s online ordering system at www.kookaburra.com.au/login, the homepage outlines our ordering and cut off dates for your school. These terms have been agreed between Kookaburra and your school.
Why do we have a cut-off date?
The cut-off date ensures Kookaburra has the required time to complete orders that are received before the allocated cut-off date, with delivery prior to the start of Term 1.
As per our website homepage displayed at the time you place your order, orders received after the cut-off date:
- will still be accepted.
- may not be delivered before the start of Term 1 2019.
- will be packed in a box and delivered to your nominated daytime delivery address where a signature will be required, unless you provide an authority to leave.
- additional fees and charges may apply.
As our Student Packs are a customised and individual order packed for you, all orders are firm sale i.e. non-returnable.
