Sometimes there can be issues with Commbox screens and the new HP desktops being used with older widescreen monitors.
For example; You could have set up the Commbox and connected it via the HDMI/Display Port Cable and the connected the monitor via VGA cable.
You may notice that the touch in the bottom of the Commbox is intermittent, for example; you may not be able interact with the start menu etc.
To resolve this you will need to follow the below steps:
1. Right Click on the Desktop
2. Click on Graphic Properties
3. Click on Display
4. In the scaling section:
5. Select Scale Full Screen
6. Click Apply
This should resolve the issue.
