If you are experiencing issues with your Commbox display, please follow these steps:
- Get your CommBox remote, press Menu > Setup > HDMI Setting > Set all HDMI inputs from 2.0 to 1.4 using the arrow keys on the remote
- Now on your computer, right click your Desktop > select Display Settings > Resolution > Set to one of the resolutions below.
Work your way through the list of Resolutions from top to bottom. If your screen goes blank, just leave it for 15-20 seconds and you should get your display back. It will revert to the previous working Resolution.
NB: your list of resolutions may be slightly different as each computer is different.
