    I am exceptionally unhappy with the lack of customer service from Kookaburra.

    I had an e mail on 27/11/29 saying my two book packs were shipped. They have not arrived. When I have queried this in January, I have been told, they have just been shipped now. They are still not here.

    I have sent two more e mails asking where my book packs are and received nil response. I have tried to call. No one picks up the phone.

    I would like to know when, if at all, these packs will arrive so I can make arrangements for my children at school.

    I completely understand that COVID may have impacted delivery times.
    The reason I am now so angry is due to the lack of response to my queries.

    My order number is: 693827

    Please could someone indicate what has happened to this order and when it might arrive?
