Delivery Times

Kookaburra's delivery times for orders are 2 to 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your location. 

If your order has been dispatched, you can track it by logging into your account here, and clicking my orders and track (account customers only). 

This can sometimes take a little longer if we are ordering goods in specifically for you. If there is an extended ETA, we will let you know. 

Please note: this excludes Student Pack orders. Please refer to the information provided to you by your school regarding Student Pack delivery timelines.
